Gem Stansfield

Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

The designated safeguarding lead is the person appointed to take lead responsibility for safeguarding concerns. Gem implements and maintains our safeguarding procedures and policies.

Megan Hickman

Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Megan supports Heidi in recording, handling and reporting all safeguarding concerns. Megan also helps to spread awareness of Apprenticeship Connect’s safeguarding provision through activities such as training events and awareness initiatives.
