What should I know about the role?
Mandatory requirements
  • to have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
  • To not already hold a recruitment consultant qualification at level 3 or above
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in Maths
Desired attributes
  • A strong desire to build a career in recruitment sales (not HR)
  • Background in customer-facing roles involving regular phone/email Communication
  • Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Has the independence and maturity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Comfortable making outbound calls per day
Roles duties and responsibilities
  • - Answering office phone calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate individuals, and taking messages
  • - Managing Outlook calendars
  • - Booking and scheduling candidate interviews
  • - Sending registration forms to candidates
  • - Conducting right-to-work checks, including DBS checks if needed.
  • - Saving CVs, candidate forms, certificates, and right-to-work documents on our live drive
