What should I know about the role?
Mandatory requirements
to have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
To not already hold a recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English
To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in Maths

Roles duties and responsibilities
Sourcing candidates via job portals, CRM systems and other platforms such as LinkedIn
CV screening – reviewing CV’s and conducting initial phone screenings to confirm skills and experience and interests.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring compliance follow ups’
Compliance – ensure GDPR and data protection compliance when handling candidate information.
Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Supporting consultants with vacancy advertising, preparing job descriptions, and promoting roles across job boards and social media platforms.
