Roles duties and responsibilities
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and the company database.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability.
  • Advertise vacancies and create engaging job adverts across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate candidate and vacancy information
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with GDPR and company procedures.
