“The quality of the tutor is vital in successfully supporting students through their apprenticeship and our tutors from Apprenticeship Connect have been outstanding. They have adapted the teaching and support methods to support the students through their apprenticeships.

Apprenticeships have offered an opportunity for career progression within the school and it also helped us with staff retention. We have had 22 employees complete their apprenticeship and 8 of these have successfully applied for a permanent internal promotion. The opportunity to gain new skills in areas different from their previous studies means they've got increased knowledge about their role and the purpose behind it which has increased their confidence in their role.”
