RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT: THE ROLE EXPLAINED
The Recruitment Consultant’s role is to identify and secure job opportunities within client organisations. They attract candidates and successfully place them in those jobs in return for a fee. A Recruitment Consultant may focus on the supply of flexible workers, permanent placements or a combination of both. A career in recruitment provides the opportunity for reward and high earning potential. Many opportunities arise in the recruitment sector for personal and professional development, such as team leader and or managerial roles.
ABOUT THE COURSE
The Recruitment Consultant Level 3 course provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to become a certified recruitment professional. Our course is expertly tailored to the job role of a Recruitment Consultant and teaches learners the skills required to identify and secure job opportunities within client organisations. The training we deliver teaches learners how to identify, qualify and secure client recruitment opportunities as well as how to identify, assess and place suitable candidates, creating a concrete platform for professional development within the recruitment sector.

COURSE OUTLINE
The Recruitment Consultant Level 3 course is delivered over 15 months. At the end of month 12, we allow a three-month period for learners to prepare for and sit their End Point Assessment.
QUALIFICATIONS
In order to pass the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 course , you are required to complete two mandatory qualifications awarded by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) as part of your on-programme learning. The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) is one of the UK’s leading qualification and membership body for recruiters and is a certification of quality that is highly desired by employers within the recruitment industry.
Obtaining your REC qualifications will require you to complete a series of mandatory and optional units to develop your knowledge and competency to become a certified recruitment consultant. The assessment of your knowledge and competency will be an accumulation of evidence collected by your Apprenticeship Connect tutor throughout your course and stored within your virtual learning account, as well as the successful completion of a 2.5 hour exam. You will achieve the following qualifications acredited by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC):
- Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
