The Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 apprenticeship is the perfect programme for a senior practitioner looking to develop their leadership skills.
As an early years lead practitioner, you’ll have a leadership role within your setting and will support the operational delivery of quality care to young children within your setting.
Learners are not required to contribute towards the course cost in any way. Apprenticeship courses are paid for by the employer and/or the UK government.

As you approach the end of your apprenticeship, we allow for a six-month period for you to prepare for and sit your apprenticeship assessment. For this apprenticeship standard, you will be assessed in the following ways:
To make our apprenticeships as accessible as possible, all of our teaching is delivered online by our expert tutors. You’ll have access to our e-learning platform, Bud, where you can access all of your lesson materials, additional resources and assignment submissions.
