The Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship is the perfect programme for a first-time line manager who has operational project responsibilities in their role.
This apprenticeship will prepare you to fulfil a line management role in any organisation, where you will provide direction, instruction and guidance to support your team in achieving their goals.
Learners are not required to contribute towards the course cost in any way. Apprenticeship courses are paid for by the employer and/or the UK government.
Someone in a leadership or management role who is responsible for managing a team to deliver a defined outcome or has operational project responsibilities.
- Meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
- Meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
- To not already hold a leadership or management qualification at level 3 or above.

As you approach the end of your apprenticeship, we allow for a three-month period for you to prepare for and sit your apprenticeship assessment. For this apprenticeship standard, you will be assessed in the following ways:
To make our apprenticeships as accessible as possible, all of our teaching is delivered online by our expert tutors. You’ll have access to our e-learning platform, Canvas, where you can access all of your lesson materials, additional resources and assignment submissions.
You’ll be supported by our team of expert tutors who have an employment background in leadership and management and can bring their experience to your education.Â
