Location: Telford
Wage: £9,360 Per Annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade D/level 3 or above in English and Maths

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Filling out a number of forms and uploading them on to a portal.
  • Inputting customers information into a CRM database.
  • Emailing customers
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints and becoming the main point of contact
  • Taking calls and messages for colleagues
  • General administration tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying
  • Creating efficiencies within the office in terms of data organising using spreadsheets or other.
  • Logging into an outbound dialler system
  • Completing a fact find and passing over to a closer to finish the sale for any incoming calls
  • There is a tiered bonus structure and of course involvement in sales does also mean you are able to make unlimited bonus should you deal with any sales whilst carrying out any admin duties

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
