Job title: Sales and Marketing Administrator – Apprenticeship
Location: Buckhurst Hill, Essex
Wage: £10,000 – £16,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 9AM – 6PM Monday to Thursday. 9AM – 5:30PM Friday
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

About the role:

My client was established in April 2001, with the intention of focusing exclusively on the mortgage and financial adviser market. From a standing start the company has now been a leading recruiter for over 14 years. They now recruit for leading life companies, high profile prestige mortgage brokers, higher end estate agencies, high street banks, IFAs, networks, and affinity groups. As well as financial advisers and mortgage advisers, they recruit paraplanners, administrators, business development managers, sales managers, compliance managers, protection advisers and pension specialists. The scope of their placements ranges from trainees through to directorship level.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering the phones, directing calls to the right consultant and taking messages
  • Sourcing candidates through the database and job boards
  • Uploading any experienced financial services candidates from the job boards to our database
  • Grouping candidates on the databased into specific groups.
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Monitoring all job advert applications, passing on any suitable candidates and politely rejecting those who are not suitable
  • Overseeing all our digital marketing and our online presence
  • Managing our company’s social media accounts
  • Adding, managing and keeping the jobs on our company’s website up to date at all times
  • Calling candidates, on behalf of the consultants, as and when required
  • Managing and being responsible for our GDPR emails
