Job title: Training Consultant Administrator – Apprenticeship
Location:  Romford
Wage: £10,400 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

My client is an established Medical Training Provider in the UK, achieving an exceptional pass rate of over 90%, on our Dental and Healthcare courses. The company has been selected by the Skills Funding Agency to offer government funded Apprenticeships through 2018 and 2019 to support our Dental Employers and create opportunities for many Apprentices.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Attending to inbound and outbound calls and closing sales opportunities
  • Ensuring maximum conversion rates and optimum sales opportunities are met
  • Maintaining up to date product knowledge, in order to offer the full range of features and benefits to customers
  • Building relationships and rapport with customers, resulting in increased trust in the company and its products
  • Placing job adverts on the various job boards.
  • Once students have enrolled the consultant will liaise with the student in order to have the literacy test, direct debit mandate (if applicable) and terms and conditions completed in a timely manner.
  • Once a student has enrolled the consultant will check in with the students every 3 weeks until the start of the course.
  • Consultants are targeted on the enrolments that they make each week and receive commission per unit. A minimum of 5 units must be achieved in a week to activate the commission.
