Job title: Recruitment Resourcer – Apprenticeship
Location: Central Manchester
Wage: £6 per hour £12,000 PA plus uncapped bonus potential!
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:
My client is a specialist recruitment consultancy that places talented candidates in roles in accountancy practice. Specifically, anything that falls under the three main headers of Assurance, Tax & Advisory. They have recently won Apprenticeship Connects Employer Of The Year award and are now looking for another bright, confident and organised apprentice!
Job duties and responsibilities:
As a resourcer, it will be your job to support the recruitment consultants with certain tasks. This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, market mapping, candidate management, business administration tasks and duties, database maintenance and other ad hoc tasks. You will be liaising with a range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match. In addition to office-based work, we occasionally require resourcers to attend networking events. Your key responsibilities will include the following:
