Location: Loughton, Essex
Wage: £200 per week
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

My Client is a National leading Recruitment agency within the Healthcare sector.
They are seeking a confident, outgoing and well-presented individual to join their ever-growing team as a receptionist. The role requires someone who is passionate about providing high class service.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Scanning in-house appointment and walk-in registration packs
  • Franking post- joint responsibility however Senior Receptionist will have overall management for this.
  • Answering internal admin calls and dealing with queries
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at reception and notifying compliance officers/resourcing officers/consultants
  • Taking admin calls and booking appointments
  • Sending out task packs via email and printing forms /sending post packs (tasks will be split by desks)
  • Monthly NMC Checks
  • Responsible for collecting the post (standard and signed-for), updating the post spreadsheet and distributing post and sending post spreadsheet to bookings/compliance/resourcing.
