Job title: Office Junior- Apprenticeship

Location: Wandsworth, South West London

Wage: £11,00 per annum

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: 9am – 5pm

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

My client is one of the largest providers of custom management products and software solutions to the social club sector in the UK. Their customer base is National, and we have offices located in Chester and London. They have a combined industry experience of over 50 years and really know how clubs work and how they operate. Drawing on this knowledge they design their products specially for clubs, so they make their clients job easier, faster and more accurate and in turn make their clients clubs more efficient, more secure and MORE PROFITABLE.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Keeping the CRM upto date with new customers & customer interactions.
  • Taking quotation details down from the Sales Team & putting into documents to be emailed to customers.
  • General administration support to the office
  • Filing and scanning
  • Data entry
  • Ordering stock
  • Assisting with bookings.
