Wage: £10,000 – £14,000
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Job duties and responsibilities:

The role with be primarily to support the lead administrator with a range of administrative tasks. The role is pivotal to the accountants being able to complete their duties.

  • Scanning, Filing and photocopying
  • Answering the telephone
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post.
  • Raising invoices and scheduling direct debit payments.
  • Photocopying, scanning and storing paperwork, sometimes on behalf of other employees
  • Processing of new clients onto our systems including issuing Letters of Engagement, performing Anti-Money Laundering checks and processing HMRC Authorisation / Registration forms.
  • Company secretarial duties incl. Confirmation Statements, updating director details, filing forms etc.
