Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 – 5:30pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

As an Apprentice, you will initially support the sales team to identify potential clients while learning various sales techniques and negotiation skills from management and senior sales. Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of call for all new clients / customers
  • Adding clients to ACT CRM system
  • Working with customers to get them compliant
  • Conducting audits on clients
  • Cleansing and updating customer information
  • Generating new business leads
  • General administrative duties

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
