Job title: Junior Office Administrator – Apprenticeship
Location: Aldgate, London
Wage: £346 per week
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7.5 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

A major international company who provide outstanding market intelligence services for Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Financial and Consulting sectors through their online brands. The role is to support the Admin, HR departments with all aspects of the back-office role which will include interaction with the entire (international) company. It is widely varied and internal client facing.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Take phone calls, transfer calls, take messages when necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier
  • Daily office checks: equipment checks, meeting rooms set, offices units fully stocked of supplies etc.
  • Supplier management and Facilities maintenance
  • Coordinate meeting invites when necessary (e.g. for the Big Lunch each month and Strategy meetings etc.)
  • Support in booking and coordinating large internal events such as Christmas Party, Summer Party, Leadership Team off-site, Global Sales meeting off-site etc.
  • Collate and coordinate Company Newsletter and distribute
  • Ensure all fire marshal information and posters are up to date
