Job title: Investor Relations – Apprenticeship
Location: City of London
Wage: £14,000 per Annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

My client is an investment research, investor relations and consulting firm, with offices in North America, Europe, and Asia Pac. You will be assisting with the organisation of roadshows and client events to involving complex logistics, coordination of entire roadshow calendar covering circa. 50 clients and maintain a list of all events which will be a reference guide for the team. You will be preparing all documents such as meeting invitations, outlines, schedules, market pulses, pitch materials and feedback reports. Printing and binding of presentations and marketing material

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Organising roadshows
  • Documents preparation
  • Assisting the team with confirmation calls
  • Sending out meeting invitations and managing responses
  • Preparation of lunches and meetings
  • Book travel, lunch and accommodation for the clients and the Account Directors who are attending.
  • Maintain a log of regional venue and travel providers
  • Provide diary support to the team
  • Deal confidently on the telephone with enquires, ensuring they are handled quickly and efficiently
  • Ensuring the integrity of the CRM database is maintained by updating information as required and logging feedback.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
