Job title: Finance Administrator – Apprenticeship
Location: Edgeware, Middlesex
Wage: £10,000- £12,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Utilising Sage payment systems
  • Understanding the database
  • Using excel system
  • Using emails and sending emails to clients/colleagues
  • Photocopying confidential documents
  • Credit control
  • Writing letters
  • Answering calls
  • Filing documents
  • Attending meetings
  • Working with other colleagues in different locations within finance

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A* – C’s in GCSE Maths and English
  • Organised
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Familiarity with IT applications such as Excel, Word etc
  • Knowledge on Sage is preferable
