Job title: Customer Success – Apprenticeship
Location: Liverpool St, Central London
Wage: £12,000 – £16,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

My client are a market leading Health and Fitness technology company that allows customers to have access to a multitude of interactive fitness classes at the touch of a button, whether it be at the gym, at home or out and about! The company are now looking for an outgoing Customer Success apprentice to join their modern and friendly offices in the heart of central London!

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent customer support with existing client base (clients with 1-10 sites)
  • Be the first port of call for client enquiries and delegate them as required to the appropriate department
  • Onboarding new clients, and new staff within our client base
  • Ensure clients have a fast response time
  • Gain an understanding of our class content to be able to advise clients accordingly
  • Work with the Customer Support Team to ensure excellent customer service is given to all
  • Aim to maintain monthly contact with your client base as a minimum
  • Client onboardings and launch support
  • Day to day email and phone support on incoming tickets and calls
  • Project oriented tasks for bigger clients
  • Supporting the existing team on big sales, roll outs and projects for clients
  • Advising customers

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • The ideal candidate will have some experience in customer support and be able to communicate basic technical concepts. Candidates must be articulate and upbeat as you will be the face of the company to many clients. This role will require you to use your initiative, be proactive and be an excellent communicator.
