Job title: Credit Control – Apprenticeship
Location: Hyde Park – City of London
Wage: £10,000 – £12,000  per Annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

My client is known as a London and international residential property specialist, providing areas across London and the globe with expert advice and property services. My Client is looking for someone to meet and interact with property management, client accounts, lettings staff, suppliers, landlords and tenants.  To support the effective running of PRIME by providing organisational and administrative support to the team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • To collect outstanding fees to the agreed payment terms
  • To ensure that the monthly team collection target is met and aged debt is reduced
  • To build and maintain healthy business relationships with all stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Work in partnership with all work colleagues
  • Ownership of all fee collections on ledger
  • Prepare up to date information for weekly ledger reviews
  • Address priority aged debt and have all weekly assigned objective completed
  • End to end ownership of all overdue items on ledger until cleared
  • To chase all outstanding fees by telephone and emails as appropriate
  • To build internal and external relationships to aid the collection of fees and to address and resolve queries as soon as possible that are preventing payment being made
  • Concise comments to be updated on the system to reflect the latest current position and save accordingly
  • Backup of documentation to support requests from Internal and External clients
  • Assisting Line Manager with any other credit control and finance duties, if required
