Job title: Business Services Adminsitrator – Apprentice

Location: Richmond, South West London

Wage: £15,000 per annum

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide support with day to day office queries
  • Manage meeting room facilities
  • Printing Documents
  • Scanning Documents
  • Manage document storage
  • Control of Security Cards for Building access
  • Reporting issues of general office maintenance to Business Support
  • Ensuring information handled in the role is kept confidentialStationary Orders/Ordering Business Cards
  • Distribution of Post
  • Franking of Post
  • Be Proactive in making recommendations for ongoing development of systems and processes within SGEF
  • Testing of new system developments and enhancements
  • Support each department with ad-hoc tasks where required
  • Ensure Compliance at All times with Consumer Credit, money laundering and data protection regulation

The successful candidate will have the following

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good clerical skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Focused on providing excellent service to internal customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative Problem solvin
