About the role:
As an Administrator, the role is to assist a team of talented legal recruiters. Teamwork is a massive part of everyone’s role in the company and this is especially true of an Administrator who supports a very busy team. The role is very varied and aims to take the administration away from the consultants so that they can focus on what they are great at; placing candidates with quality law firms.

A typical day can be a balancing act of organisation; answering the phones, searching through job boards looking for candidates, posting jobs onto multiple websites, reviewing regional legal news, and making sure that all candidates they place have all the relevant paperwork in place. Most of all the role is to help make sure the consultants are happy and have the tools they need to do their role.
