Job title: Recruitment Department Administrator Apprentice

Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham City Centre

Wage: £4.40ph

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Thursday (8 am-5 pm) & Friday (8 am-1 pm)

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/Grade 4 or above in English and Maths

My client is a specialist healthcare business that recruits permanent and temporary staff for supply to all sectors of the health and social care industry. They have adopted changing policies and practices and supplies an ever-improving level of compliant service for candidates to clients because we have grown with the industry.

Job duties and responsibilities:

This role is for a business administrator looking to work as Admin support in a Sales environment. As you will also be speaking to candidates and Employers, we would like someone with a passion for sales to lead the administration for this department. In doing so the Apprentice will also be able to make bonuses per month.

  • Sending out Job adverts and keep on top of a data system.
  • Creating Bookings to a CRM System
  • Creating Adverts on relative Job boards
  • Finding Active Candidates
  • Collecting Compliance, such as DBS information and references
  • Building Relationships with Temporary Staff as they call to speak to you or vice versa
  • Building professional relationships with Colleagues.
  • Completing compliance documentation for both Company and candidates
  • General business Admin duty
  • Answering correspondences via email and call
  • Answering queries and dealing with inquiries
