Wage: £10,400
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Administration of business changes and communicating them to stakeholders
  • Overseeing and logging travel budget/ booking travel and accommodation
  • Administration of third-party systems access
  • Office etiquette
  • Commercial acumen
  • Management of business process- travel and accommodation budget; change administration.
  • Working with others
  • Advanced IT skills- Office and CRM based
  • Making suggestions to improve business process where appropriate
  • Opportunities to attend meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
