Job title: HR Business Administrator – Apprenticeship
Location: Birmingham
Wage: £180 per week
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 8 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade D/level 3 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

Providing translation services for clients from all over the world, whteher they are individuals, companies or organisations. Offering a wide range of services in order to meet local based client’s transcription and interpreting needs. If you are looking for an Admin/HR apprentice job and you think you have the right qualities for this position, then do not hesitate to apply! The Role as our HR and Admin, you will be required to take on full HR responsibilities whilst helping our booking team with administration & recruitment.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Act in a supportive manner always to the booking team
  • Keep all data accurate, safe and up to date
  • Complete day-to-day HR administration duties
  • Administer contractors enhanced DBS checks
  • Answer any queries via email, call in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Learn to use detailed HR system in order to fulfil daily tasks

  • Able to create good working relationships
  • Interested in working with people
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong communication skills – both over the phone and in person
  • Strong written skills
