Location: Chancery Lane, West End
Wage: £15,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm / 40 hours per week

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 8 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course.

Apprenticeship courses available: Business Administrator Level 3

My client is a firm of Licensed Insolvency Practitioners founded in 1997. They trade from offices in Gray’s Inn, Central London, within walking distance of Chancery Lane tube station. With a regional office in Essex, and satellite offices in The Cotswolds and Salisbury, their work is undertaken for clients from across the UK, as well as internationally.

They specialise in helping businesses and individuals who are facing insolvency when they are finding that it “isn’t business as usual”. They do this by using their experience and expertise to give the best possible insolvency and restructuring advice. Since their formation they have successfully helped businesses and individuals in over 1,750 corporate and personal insolvency cases.

The Apprentice will be working directly on the front desk working across a number of different projects.You’ll work closely with the senior management team on administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties also.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Direct visitors to the correct staff within the team
  • Manage facilities, stationery and deliveries
  • Provide general company information to a range of different customers
  • Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation
  • Booking out meeting rooms, scheduling meetings and updating calendars
  • Manage out bound deliveries by posting directly through the post office
  • Banking and cashiering
  • Data Entry
