About the role:
My client is a specialist Conveyancing company regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. The Company was formed in 2008 in response to the economic climate and they have been successful in developing an extensive client base and fantastic relationships with local estate agents and other professional organisations involved in the Conveyancing process. They understand clients require a transaction to proceed and complete at the very earliest opportunity, without any unnecessary or easily avoided delays.
Job duties and responsibilities:
The role involves the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office or equivalent packages.
The role involves updating and reviewing databases, recording information and analysing data.
Producing records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports
Maintaining records and files and handling confidential information in compliance with the organisation’s procedures.
Know when to seek the advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.
Comfortable to use all of the following communication methods: face to face, telephone, writing and the use of digital platform e.g. email.
The role will require the learner to make suggestions for improvements to working practice, showing understanding of implications beyond the immediate environment (e.g. impact on clients, suppliers, other parts of the organisation).
Management of resources e.g. equipment or facilities.
The role also- involves organising meetings and events, taking minutes during meetings and creating action logs.
