APPRENTICESHIP COURSE: Business Administrator Level 3

THE COMPANY:

My client is a multi-functional online brand operating in a variety of different sectors with include Health and Safety Equipment, E-Cigarettes, and a Pharmaceutical Healthcare specialist. With 30+ years of specialist experience in a variety of markets this employer is offering a great opportunity for a aspiring Business Administrator.

THE ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work as an apprentice and train in Business Administration. This will involve working within the main office team dealing with enquires from customers.

The role involves a mixed array of responsibilities which include looking after key accounts, building and maintaining professional relationships and managing the customer life cycle. If you have strong communication skills are hardworking and are keen to develop the skills and knowledge needed in business this role is ideal.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone/email/online
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Manage & maintain the website & Social Media accounts
  • Filing, faxing, photocopying

SKILLS REQUIRED WITHIN THE ROLE:

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective communication
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
