Location: Lewisham, SE8
Wage: £260.00 per week
Start date: Asap

Working hours: 35 hours – Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Apprenticeship courses available:

Business & Administration Level 3

My client specialises in the contract division in the UK, delivering all the Group brands to the new housing sectors. They design, manufacture and install high end kitchens; working on a number of sites in and around London with views to potentially expand into other areas. They have a straightforward philosophy: to work hard but efficiently and do what clients recognise as a good job.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Tracking a plots progress on an excel tracker
  • Managing sign offs
  • Manging and logging appliance test and commission sheets
  • Manage the health and safety documentation
  • Update remedial request log with new remedials
  • Assist project managers with administration support
  • Update project co-ordinators on any high priority plots
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filling system
  • Arrange and attend team meetings/conferences as required to take the minutes and ensure appropriate facilities are organised

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Have a positive attitude with a drive to want to learn new skills
  • Previous experience with Microsoft office
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also independently
  • Good time management
  • Happy to work in a building site environment
