My client is one of the largest mortgage brokers in the North West, specialising in mortgages, life and critical illness cover and business protection. About the Role:

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Administrator to join one of the North West’s largest independent mortgage brokers, based in Lymm.

The successful applicant will have a genuine opportunity to develop a long-term career with this business gaining key skills within a fast-paced business environment. The business is keen to develop the right candidate and provide key training to develop a successful career.

You would be joining a unique company with a very professional approach, and this is a hands-on role, in a very proactive team. You need to be confident in dealing with people, enjoy multitasking and problem-solving, and have good PC skills.

General duties & responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls / emails in a professional manner
  • Providing a high level of service at all times
  • Diary management
  • Mail handling
  • Promotion of goods and services
  • Sales order processing/admin
  • Updating company databases/systems
  • Filing and document management
  • Document validation to ensure works are completed effectively
  • Liaising with other team members to provide support for the smooth running of the office

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication with a self-assured personality
  • A passion to deliver first-class service
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Have an outwardly positive and passionate demeanor
  • A great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
