Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, i.e. filing, typing and data input
  • Input, maintain and collate information using computer systems and assemble and sustain databases
  • Manage one to one, email and telephone enquiries; convey messages ad transfer calls as necessary while maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Be responsible for receiving and processing mail and out-going telephone calls for the Business & Comms function
  • Communicate effectively and liaise with other professionals in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • Liaise with other teams to assist in providing a high quality and efficient service sharing information as appropriate
  • Assist in processing and ordering subscriptions
  • Act as an ambassador for the business, helping promote our services and teams
  • Undertake statutory training as required
  • Publish to social media accounts
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by senior staff
