Job title: Office Junior Apprentice – Apprenticeship
Location: Battersea
Wage: £11,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

My company is one of the largest providers of custom management products and software solutions to the social club sector in the UK and have a combined industry experience of over 50 years. My client is looking for an office junior apprentice, your main roles will be to assist in the general day to day running of the company including office administration, customer relations, scheduling and organising jobs and installations

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Keeping CRM up to date with new customers and customer interactions
  • Taking quotation details down for the sales team and putting into documents to be emailed to customers
  • General administration support to the office
  • Customer relations management
  • Booking in jobs with customers
  • Filing & Scanning
  • Data Entry
  • Ordering & stock control

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
