We have a great opportunity to join our team as a trainee recruitment and business tutor, working from home as an apprenticeship tutor to support the next generation of recruiters and business administrators to achieve their apprenticeships. This is an exciting position where you can bring your ideas, experience working in recruitment and business and passion for supporting others to a new challenge.
- Earn a £28,000 starting salary
- Increase your earnings up to £29,400 within 12 months
- Potential to increase your earnings up to £37,990 within the job role
- Receive company funding to achieve teaching qualifications
- Become a level 5 qualified teacher
- Work from home
- Work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (8.30am or 9am start time each day)
- Early finish on Friday

Our training programme has been developed in-house to inspire and help you to become an outstanding educator and change the future of apprenticeship teaching whilst learning on the job.
Our training package includes:
- An assessing qualification – Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)
- Level 5 teacher training
