The HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship is the perfect programme for aspiring HR professionals and managers with significant HR responsibilities.
Tailored to the role of a HR support worker, this course teaches highly transferrable knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be used to deliver HR support to an organisation, all the way from recruitment to retirement.
Learners are not required to contribute towards the course cost in any way. Apprenticeship courses are paid for by the employer and/or the UK government.
HR professionals working in a small, medium or large business within the HR team or HR managers with significant HR duties and responsibilities.
- Meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
- Meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
- To not already hold a human resources qualification at level 3 or above.

During your HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship you’ll learn the required knowledge, skills and behaviours for you to become a qualified HR professional. To achieve this you’ll cover a variety of topics that include:Â
As you approach the end of your apprenticeship, we allow for a three-month period for you to prepare for and sit your apprenticeship assessment. For this apprenticeship standard, you will be assessed in the following ways:
To make our apprenticeships as accessible as possible, all of our teaching is delivered online by our expert tutors. You’ll have access to our e-learning platform, Canvas, where you can access all of your lesson materials, additional resources and assignment submissions.
You’ll be supported by our team of expert tutors who have an employment background in human resources and can bring their experience to your education.Â
