Key achievement
Lily was the very first apprentice within her organisation to be promoted to a recruitment consultant during her apprenticeship. After her promotion, Lily went on to turn a senior sales candidate into a client and generated £25,000 in revenue for the organisation. All with less than a year of experience in recruitment!

Guste Bekionyte of Goodman Masson
Business Administrator Level 3
Key achievement
Guste’s hard work, dedication and commitment meant she set a new record within her organisation achieving over £2 million in invoices billed in January 2023! Guste was rewarded as one of the company’s Top Performers in February 2023 as a result of this incredible achievement.

Dan and Hannah have both supported the rebrand of their respective company websites and have managed several social media profiles to increase reach and support stakeholder engagement for their businesses.

Sadie Schimmefennig of Goodman Masson
Recruitment Consultant Level 3
Key achievement
During her first year in the role, Sadie generated £234,000 across 122 placements and so far has generated nearly £40,000 in 2024. As she nears the end of her apprenticeship, Sadie is now mentoring a new apprentice and supporting her development.

Daryl Courtman of Acorn Nursery
Early Years Educator Level 3
Key achievement
Since starting here apprenticeship, Daryl has grown in confidence, so much so she has approached senior leaders within the setting to present suggestions that have been implemented to create specialised routines for the children within her nursery.
Employer award winners

Key achievement
They have continuously provided progression opportunities in the interests of their apprentice by trialling trainee room leader and deputy manager roles to give interested practitioners exposure and practice in higher-level roles.

Bleep 360 have tailored their internal training to link to the business needs, utilising apprenticeships to ensure a steady pipeline of talent across their teams. Supported by the apprenticeship training, this has created well-rounded employees with skills that bring great benefit to their business.

Goodman Masson have incorporated apprentices into the heart of their business where they’ve been able to flourish. In 2023 alone, apprentices within the organisation have contributed 226 placements and generated over £680,000 worth of revenue for their business.

They have explored alternative methods of off-the-job training, including role-play scenarios, training days, outings and team-building exercises to account for all learning and development styles of their apprentices.
