Celebrating excellence at the 5th annual AC Awards
Our 5th AC Awards was a milestone event! With over 100 attendees and 11 awards presented, it was an inspiring day of recognition and celebration.

Securing a contract to offer Advanced Learner Loans
This year, we were thrilled to secure a contract to offer Advanced Learner Loans. This opened up valuable opportunities for learners to access advanced development opportunities. With the flexibility and accessibility that these loans offer, we’re empowering more individuals to achieve their career goals while building a skilled talent pipeline for businesses. We look forward to the sustained impact these loans will have in the coming years.
Launching Dot: Our new commercial training brand
2024 brought about one of our most exciting developments yet as a business, with the launch of our new commercial training brand! This marked a significant step in expanding our offerings and making education more accessible. While apprenticeships provide invaluable, hands-on learning experiences, we understand they may not suit every need. Dot allows us to offer more flexible, tailored training options that cater to a diverse range of requirements. Whether you’re an individual seeking professional growth or a business aiming to upskill your workforce, Dot is now here to help you achieve your goals.
Building connections through team social events
As a remote-first company, our team socials are always an invaluable part of our yearly calendar. These events allow us to strengthen bonds, share laughs and recharge together. This year was no different with our team enjoying go- karting, interactive darts and painting activities across the summer.

At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to our learners and employers. In 2024, we reached several milestones. These included…
- Apprentice achievements:
- 100% EPA pass rate
- 77% of apprentices achieved distinction grades
- Every learner that undertook a recruitment apprenticeship with us in 2024 achieved a distinction, marking two consecutive years we’ve achieved this.
- We finished the year as the leading provider of recruitment apprenticeships.
- Employer partnerships:
- 52 new employer clients
