Job title: Sales Support Administrator – Apprenticeship
Location: City of London
Wage: £12,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

My client is a Healthcare Recruitment Agency formed in 2011 by a medical clinician and a recruiter. They recently featured two years in a row on the 2016 and 2017 Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 which makes them one of the fastest growing Recruitment Agencies in the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for apprentices with a strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy and vibrant environment

This is a new Sales Support Role which will focus on helping Recruiters with the administrative tasks in order for them to focus on sales.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Following processes to ensure candidate time sheets are approved on time
  • Responsible for uploading hours onto time-sheet portal
  • Assisting with emails and checklists and managing tasks assigned by senior sales staff
  • Responsible for keeping the database up to date and managing input of data where necessary
  • Assisting with Compliance administration and taking ownership of duties as passed over by senior sales staff
  • Other general admin duties

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
