Job title: Registrations Administrator- Apprenticeship
Location: London Victoria, West End
Wage: 12,000 Per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade D/level 3 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

Mayday Healthcare is one of the most established Nursing Agencies in the UK and has been operating since December 2003. They provide an effective temporary nursing recruitment service to both clients and candidates. They have had frequently taken on numerous apprentices in the past and due to the success of the apprentices, they are looking for another bright, confident and organised individual to join their team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Assisting the Registrations Lead with the following duties;

  • Assist in chasing nurse related compliance such as appraisals, training and supervisions
  • Booking candidates in for telephone interviews with the team’s clinical nurses.
  • Diary management of the team’s clinical nurses.
  • Assisting nurses with revalidation.
  • Sending interview links to the nurses and re-sending if needs be.
  • Supporting nurses throughout the registration process.
  • Helping consultants chase nurses for interviews that need to be completed and outstanding interview documents.
  • Assisting with pre-screening the interviews.
  • Completing company name checks for candidates looking to register.
  • Ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
