Job title: Recruitment Resourcer – Apprenticeship
Location: City of London
Wage: £10,000 Per annum
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

About the role:

My client is an established, small independent family run recruitment agency, who specialise in supplying workers into the Public, Private, Health Care and Not for Profit sectors. They’re are based in the heart of Croydon, a stone throw away from East Croydon train station; our office is modern, bright and welcoming to match our service.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Qualify and shortlist suitable candidates against job vacancies
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes
  • Identify and attract candidates through company social media platforms and job boards
  • Write, place, update and monitor job adverts in line with company procedure
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities
  • Accurately record, update and maintain candidate and client records on internal recruitment database
  • Achieve agreed KPIs and targets
  • Provide first-line support for all enquiries
  • Maintain and uphold company standards, branding and principles
  • Format candidates’ CV in line with company branding and guidelines
  • Utilise database information in line with relevant legislations and best practices

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures
  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing
  • Accuracy and ability to prioritise and organise own workload
