About the company:
My client are the largest supplier of ID card related products and services in the UK. They have an extensive portfolio of regular billing accounts across the UK & Europe. As part of their fast expansion programme they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their elite team. Working from their modern Stockport Head Office, the successful applicant for the Sales Admin role will be working closely within the existing sales team who sell ID and Access Card related products and services.
There will be a clear progression strategy for the successful applicant as they would enter the trusted ‘Apprenticeship Develop Programme’ which has seen many apprentices develop into top earners within the business.
About the role:
Your main duties will be to assist the general day to day duties in running the Printer and Software support department reporting to the Printer Technical Manager. You will be providing support to customers which is a key role within the company. You will be using bespoke software and equipment with full training provided.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting EasyBadge ID printing software
  • Repair of ID card printing Equipment
  • Overcoming technical problems through troubleshooting and diagnosis of software equipment
  • Helping out with other admin tasks in the support department
  • Answer phone calls and respond via email
  • Generate electronic content (template emails, videos, info graphics) to help with support

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Knowledge of graphic/video software would be an advantage but not essential
