This business is continuously growing and requires more staff to become a global success.
About the role:
My client is in need of a professional and motivated Business Administrator to oversee their daily activities. The main goal of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate should possess a mix of technical and communication skills, as this role involves managing every aspect of the business. Since there are a lot of moving parts, you must have great organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to multitask. The successful applicant will be confident in collaborating with different teams within the company. They are growing rapidly and have big goals for the future, so they are looking for someone who’s ready to meet the challenges of the job and enable them to enjoy sustainable success.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Responding to general inquiries via telephone or email
  • Highlighting where improvements can be made to existing processes and creating new processes if required
  • Support in the scheduling/coordinating of daily jobs
  • Support with the preparation orders with inputting stock into inventory (website back office)
  • Awareness of stock in and out
  • Any other administrative duties required by the team
  • Develop and create high quality content for use across a variety of channels, such as social media, press releases and the web
  • Managing Social Media pages – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc
