Working hours: Flexibility for 30 hours per week over 4 days, Monday to Friday
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 6 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

About the role:
My client is the UK’s only tickets and activities subscription box. They are looking for an organised person with exceptional written communication skills to join their team. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their customer service skills and build confidence with a growing and exciting start up.
The successful candidate will be working directly with the Founder and CEO and the Customer Services Manager, fulfilling a crucial role and receiving training that will develop them in to a key member of the team.
