Wage: £120 – £150 per week

Working hours: Flexibility for 30 hours per week over 4 days, Monday to Friday
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 6 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

About the role:
My client is the UK’s only tickets and activities subscription box. They are looking for an organised person with exceptional written communication skills to join their team. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their customer service skills and build confidence with a growing and exciting start up.

The successful candidate will be working directly with the Founder and CEO and the Customer Services Manager, fulfilling a crucial role and receiving training that will develop them in to a key member of the team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • You will primarily be communicating with the activity providers, but will also engage with customers and will spend a small portion of your time managing our social media accounts. More specifically, you will be:
  • Phoning activity providers and identifying whether they wish to be included in future Buckt Boxes
  • Managing subscriber bookings
  • Building relationships with subscribers
  • Handling complaints, and passing them on to the relevant person
  • Providing direct assistance to our CEO and Founder, fulfilling tasks as identified by him
  • Managing our social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and diligent
  • The ability to build relationships with people
  • Trustworthy
  • The ability to follow instructions, but also use initiative when needed
  • Someone that doesn’t need to be managed constantly
  • A problem solver
  • Photoshop skills, desired but not required
  • Experience with social media, desired but not required
