Working Hours: 37 hours from Monday to Thursday, 09:00 – 17:00 and Fridays from 09:00 – 16:30

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7.5 hours per week in training that supports your Apprenticeship course

Job duties and responsibilities:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work as an apprentice and train in business administration and customer service. This will involve working within the main office team dealing with enquires from customers. Duties will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone/email/online
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Manage & maintain the website & Social Media accounts
  • Using SAGE, eBay, Amazon and the website to advertise and process product orders
