About the role:

My client is an Occupational Health Provider. They provide bespoke, cost-effective Occupational Health (OH) solutions tailored to client’s needs. Working in cohesion with clients, they tackle the complex risks faced by organisations associated with sickness absence, legislation, productivity and employees’ ongoing health. With a central Head Office located in Coventry, West Midlands, they maintain excellent coverage and service clients across the UK & Ireland.

Job duties and responsibilities:

This is a highly important role within the organisation, with possible progression within a young business. The role centres around processing occupational health bookings and maintaining our existing client requirements, as well as selling additional services, where necessary. The role may also require you to assist other admin roles within the company, when required. Duties will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Booking appointments via telephone or email
  • Liaising with Doctors, Nurses, client contacts and client employees.
  • Scanning documents and maintaining the Occupational Health Database
  • Handling new business as required
  • Maintaining a high level of industry knowledge (full training provided)
  • Attending regular training and development sessions
  • Updating CRM with client and Provider information/correspondence
  • Attending client/Provider supervised visits
  • Preparing client utilisation reports

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Strong verbal and written communication, with a self-assured personality
  • A passion to deliver first-class service
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum Grade C for GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Have an outwardly positive and passionate demeanour
  • A great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A helpful and willing attitude with a determination to succeed and excel
  • Due to the location of this role, it is advisable that you are a car driver, or able to travel to the work location via other means as public transport links are limited
