They have won many awards including: The Recruiter Fast 50 award, Sunday Times Fast Track 100 (two years in a row) and are now looking to recruit a confident, personable and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will primarily be responsible for recruiting nurses from overseas and coordinating their journey effectively to enable them to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities include:  

• Meet agreed weekly/monthly KPI’s
• Ensure targets are met
• Responsible for the full life cycle of candidate management
• Build collaborative relationships to enable the swift fulfilment of our client’s requirements.
• Respond to candidate applications within agreed SLA’s via telephone and email/messaging
• Qualify all applicants to ensure they meet agreed client specification
• Prepare and advise candidates for their interviews
• Conduct an effective offer management process for all candidates selected
• Manage the collation of compliance documentation to enable a smooth transition to the UK
